We ensure that all of our babysitters are this and more with each babysitter having undergone rigorous interview process and required to hold first aid certificates, police check, swimming competency, basic cooking skills, ideally children's education experience or certification, and of course have a good long experience with children. |

Babysitter Qualifications / Experience
- If booking multiple days we offer discount options!
- All Bali Babysitters may start work from as early as 7 AM each day & finish up to as late as 1 AM.
- Full Time 24 hour babysitters / housekeepers are available also however individual conditions apply.
- All Bali Babysitters have a minimum booking time of 4 hours per day.
Allowances / Accommodation
- For any shift over 4 hours Bali Babysitters must be given a break of half hour duration to pick up food and beverages.
- For any shift 8 hours or more Bali Babysitters must be given a break of one hour duration to pick up food and beverages.
- Break times are not included in the working hours the babysitter will complete. i.e. 8 hour shift is 9 hours with 1 hour break time.
- Where day trips, events, or functions occur special arrangement can be made for break times or this may even be dining with the family.
- Where Bali Babysitters are unable to leave the premises to get food or beverages please let us know in advance so they can prepare food or if you will have food and beverage provided for them.
- Suitable accommodation and facilities must be provided for a Bali Babysitter particularly when hiring a Bali Babysitter for 24 hours. A room shared with children is suitable but not with entire families or adults.
Number of Children
- Bali Babysitters generally look after only 2 children at one time for safety reasons.
- If you have 3 children and 1 or 2 of the children are older and only require supervision we shall consider 1 babysitter to 3 children.
Babysitter Qualifications / Experience
- First Aid Certificate current dated and from registered and accredited agency.
- Police / Criminal background check. (SKKB)
- English Spoken and Written Competency.
- Driving License - minimum for scooter / motorbike though some Bali Babysitters may also have a car license.
- Swimming Competency - passed our company test of water safety, distance swimming, floating, water response etc.
- Cooking Competency - passed our company test of food nutrition, baby food preparation, basic cooking skills Western & Indonesian.
- Children's Education - knowledge of children's education systems some may even have education training.
- Work Experience - every Bali Babysitter has had a minimum of 3 years childcare experience.
